Panchase trek is one of the easy and short trekking in Nepal. Panchase is placed in the south west region of Pokhara having bordered by Kaski in the east, Parbat in the west and Syangja in the south. Panchase is considered as one of the religiously holy place by Hindu. In fact, Panchase is the highest hill in this region.

It is well known for the occurrence of various rare vegetation which has medicinal importance. From the pinnacle of Panchase we can view the breathtaking panorama of Himalayas, green valleys and terraced fields.

Though there are different trials that can lead to Panchase each of them are similar in terms of comfort and scenic beauty. First we surpass through Fewa Lake and walk up to World Peace Stupa. From this stupa, we can view the amazingly beautiful Pokhara which embraces Fewa Lake, Kaski Kot and other well known places in Pokhara. From here we can also view the extravagant view of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Mt. Annapurna.

Panchase trek you will cross various landscapes from the array of lowland villages to hilly terraced fields ultimately leading to the height of 3,000m where we find finely placed Gurung villages and Rhododendron forest which is best viewed during spring.

Itinerary:

Day 01: From Tribhuvan International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon you can roam around Thamel and we will invite you to our office for briefing about the program.

Day 02: After having breakfast we will visit Pashupatinath Swoyambhunath and Boudhanath. We too will pay our visit to Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Square which are adorned with fascinating ancient art and architecture. All these sites are recognized by UNESCO’s world heritage site.

Day 03: Early in the morning drive or fly to Pokhara and walk for three hours to Bhumdi (1,438m) where we spend the overnight.

Day 04: Trek for around six hours to Panchase Danda. This is the highest point of the trek (1,835m).

Day 05: Trek for around five hours to Bhadaure (1410m) crossing several villages and observing mind blowing vista of Dhaulagiri.

Day 06: Trek downhill for continuous six hours to reach Nayapul. From Nayapul catch a taxi and drive back to Pokhara.

Day 07: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu. You can utilize your evening time by doing some family shopping.

Day 08: Departure to your onward destination.
