Druk Path Trek

Druk path trek is one of the most popular treks in the entire kingdom of Bhutan which is short and offers some scenic vista along with some great views of crystal lakes which you will encounter in the way. This trek follows the oldest high level trial which is situated between Paro and Thimpu. This trek is ideal for those travelers who are physically weak or have time restriction.

Our trial winds around alpine meadows, crystal clear chilly lakes, foothills of the mountains and some of the historical living monasteries. On the very first day of our trek we will reach to Jeli Dzong which resides on the high border of the Paro Valleys and offers the travelers with the breathtaking vista across the Chomolhari. During this 4 days trek we will climb on the summit of the tree line and cross several high passes.

On the trial we will camp in the banks of crystal Clear Mountain fed lakes, pay our visit to the camps of the Yak herders and treat ourselves with the breathtaking panoramas of the snow capped peaks on the Tibet border which includes Jitchu Drake and Gangkar Puensum. The mains attractions of this trek are Taktsang Monastery in the Paro Valley, Tashichho Dzong at Thimpu and Phadjoding Monastery.
