Gosaikunda trek is well known for its spectacular and breathtaking scenic beauty. It is one of the best trekking destinations in the world. Though Langtang region is very close to Kathmandu it is still able to preserve the beauty and remoteness it is known for.

Without a doubt Gosaikunda is regarded sacred place for shamans, the traditional with doctors as well as for both Hindus and Buddhists. It is believed that once you bathe in this holy lake all your pain, sorrows and sins will be washed off.

Commonly known as frozen lake instead of its religious importance trekkers visit here because of the beauty and adventure it serves at the height of 4,380m.

Outline Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and trasnsfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (1966m)
Day 3: Trek from Dhunche to Syabru Gaon (2581m)
Day 4: Trek from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa (3250m)
Day 5: Trek from Shing Gompa to Gosaikunda (4460m)
Day 6: Trek from Gosaikunda to Lauribinayak pass (4610m) to Ghopte (3430m)
Day 7: Trek from Ghopte to Kutumsang (2446m)
Day 8: Trek from Kutumsang to Chisopani
Day 9: Trek from Chisopani to Sundarijal and drive back to Kathmandu
Day 10: Departure to your onward destination.
